Billing & Payment
How subscriptions are billed
Paid TasqPlace plans are subscriptions billed on a recurring monthly cycle in US dollars. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until it is cancelled. The plan assigned to your workspace, its monthly price and the current renewal window are shown inside TasqPlace under Settings → Billing.
Who processes payments
TasqPlace uses Paddle for subscription billing. For subscriptions purchased through Paddle, Paddle acts as an authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for the transaction: it processes the payment, collects and remits any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, issues your receipt or invoice, and administers refunds and chargebacks. A Paddle-processed charge may appear on your statement under Paddle's name. TasqPlace does not receive or store your full payment card number.
Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
Free workspaces can be used for as long as you like without providing payment details. To move to a paid plan, the workspace owner opens Settings → Billing and chooses Upgrade to Pro; checkout is handled by our payment provider. Cancelling works the same way, from Settings → Billing. Only the workspace owner can start, change or cancel a subscription. If you would rather we handle it, contact the TasqPlace billing team at support@tasqplace.com from the email address on the account. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — full details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
